[BLAST_SHIFTS] Shift summary 03/19/2004 A (0-4)

The problem with the data not transferring to the spuds in the last shift was mysteriously fixed. The data is now being crunched. We continued taking data in this shift.

Now there appears to be two wc cells on the online GUI with no data. Cell number zero in both of nwl_9 and nwl_12 have no hits.

All wc voltages are at -3850V. Trips are usually 3-4 times in a row, a couple of times per hour.
