hi all,

b2_96 is branched off from main trunk of BlastLib2 and blastmc. From this
moment on, please use
        cve up -rb2_96 blastmc BlastLib2
to check out these modules. unfortunately, blastmc and BlastLib2 still use
different Blast_Params.

Except for online analysis scripts that is NOT related to wire chamber
track reconstruction, b2_96 should be the code for data crunching and
monte carlo reconstruction study.

modules at the head of v3 are now all merged with new geometry definition
and will not be able to compile and function for a short period of time.

b2_96 is a branch and will be maintained. However, no major developement
will be add to this branch. Bug fixing and small changes or additions of
features will be applied but probably only by request. Developement will
focus on bringing new geometry online as soon as possible.
