Hi all-
I have made more progress on the macro that sparsifies the ADC's.
It is based on raw_adc.C Essentially it calculates the pedestal and then
defines a threshold as pedestal plus a multiplier*ped_sigma. Also:
1)The macro is set up to calculate thresholds for TOFs, CCs, and
NCs
2) The multipliers are defined in the beginning of the code to keep things
robust - so they can be changed as req.
3) If a threshold calculation error is found the default value is 1000.
4) Two files are created called LADCsparsify:runnumber and
RADCsparsify:runnumber which are formatted like the threshold files
we have now.
5) The code prompts the user to display canvases if desired and iconifies
them upon selection.
