hi blasters
  i just checked in a lot of changes into BlastLib2, notably
a new class TBLRecon, with its accompanying script ../run/recon.C to
replace s.C
  i also split up LinkDef.h into 4 separate files to make compiling
faster, and added root macros to the Wc1 classes.
  there is also now a new constuctors for the Wc1*Container classes,
which all initialization directly with *geom info.

  there is still a problem with the coordinates of each wire chamber
hit, needed for calculating chi^2 in fitting routines. hopefully this
will be solved soon, so that BlastLib2 will be caught up with BlastLib.

  checkout BlastLib2/ChangeLog for all of the changes mentioned
