Hi Michael,
It is tough for me to find time to write my comments on the e-p paper. Be
quick and brief without going through the paper in details, I have 3 comments:
1, in the location of discussing the abs target, one should dig at least
one of nikhef references;
2, in the discussion of using T20 spin direction, one would need a citation;
3, my main concern, I do not understand how the errors for Gm in fig2 were
computed. are they all fractions of errors from existing "reduced"
cross-sections?
I personally think the figure 2 Gm part, as is, and its discussions are
quite mis-leading, or at least unclear. In my opinion, the figure 2
sequence should be fig2a--"reduced" cross-section figure with error bars,
fig2b -- Gm, then fig2c--Ge. I have questions on the error propagation
computation of Gm, besides the fact that one uses the cross-section data
here to normalize it.
