Hi,
prior to the BLAST collaboration meeting on Friday July 15, 2005 we are
holding an extended analysis meeting on Wednesday July 13, 2005 at Bates.
*Every analyst* should get prepared to report about his/her recent work
and progress. The achieved results should be briefly presented while the
focus on each presentation should be on a discussion the systematic
errors.
Please let me know if and what you are going to present and how much time
you expect to require.
This time, I will collect everyone's results and present a summary at the
main collaboration meeting on Friday.
Please make sure to copy your slides to the directory
blast@blast02:/usr/local/www/html/PRIVATE_RESULTS/USEFUL/ANALYSIS_MEETINGS/meeting_050713
*BEFORE* the meeting starts. Create a subdirectory if you have
more than one file to copy. Electronic files are preferred over printed
slides.
We will set up one laptop with powerpoint, ghostview, acroread, etc. in
order to avoid the annoying breaks at the beginning.
