[BLASTTALK] Spud9 and Spud11 shutdown

Hi all.

Spud9 and Spud11 will be shutdown on Wednesday morning (June 22nd) for some
repairs. Spud9 will be taken down first around 10:00AM to replace it's power
supply. I expect this will take between a 1/2 to 1 hour. After that, Spud11
will be taken down to repair a problem with it's disk RAID array. I'm not
sure how long this will take, but I would expect less than 2 hours.
