Dear all,
Please find attached Excel file with the results of holding field
measurements.
The measurements have been done for both configurations we run with
(so-called
32 and 47 degrees).
Z=0 at the center of the target, and positive downstream.
Htot is the amplitude of the field
Phi iz an angle between magnetic field plane and horizontal plane. I
didn't define
the direction for Phi, since it is small and, likely, irrelevant anyway.
Theta is the angle of the magnetic field on the horizontal plane. I
defined it as
cos(Theta)=Hlong/sqrt(Hlong*Hlong+Htrans*Htrans), neglecting the third
component Hvert.
If you have any questions, I'm here next week, but then I'll be on
vacation.
