Relatively smooth shift, though there were lots of WC R14 trips during the
first
half of the shift.

Around 7:20, ligit dropped around 5.5E-8 torr. Called Genya and determined that
the nozzle was clogged. Under Genya's instruction, ABS was turned off and the
nozzle is heating up now. Now taking empty target data.
