Polarized deuterium running. Good runs 15671-15675

One HV trip in right phototube crate, needed to ./BOOT the IOC.

Runs from A shift weren't crunching (red DONE button not pressed at end of run?). Sent them to autocruncher using ./submit nnn. Taylan fixed a bug in how the autocruncher handles multiple runs in A_runlist.

RUNLIST-D2.4 up to date. pol.log up to date.
