Hi, compared new and old, see the plot attatched. took me a while to
realize that the new calib converts to Amp, not mA as the old one. bottum
is the calibration, top figure is the relative difference between the two.
forget about line 46 and 54, they are there in case the epics.cal file can
not be opened. I ll take care of TBLEpicsRecon.cc.
