[BLAST_SHIFTS] autocruncher

The autocruncher kept crashing.

I removed all useless line ("bud24.bates.daq...") from status_list.txt
I removed all non-numbers from runlist.txt
I cleared waiting_line.txt
In spud_list.txt, I enabled all machines (it seems that having _0 assigned
is causing problems)
I removed all cruncher.tcl processes from bud01-24, dblast08,9,13,14 and
spud1-12.

The "Output idle" warnings in the autocruncher terminal with the
recommendation to kill the respective job should be ignored. Instead one
should see if there is still log output. E.g. for the warning

* 14662 stalled!! Output idle for 124 minutes *
* type : "ssh spud6.bates.daq kill 7911" *
************************************************
one should type in a terminal

> tail -f /home/blast/elog/crunch_log/spud6.bates.daq_14662.txt
and see if there is still output coming in.
