[BLAST_SHIFTS] Shift summary 03/05/2005 B (9-17)

Not the greatest of shifts. After about 2 hours of running at 225 mA, there was
another massive vacuum excursion which closed all of the ring valves. It took
several hours to recover from the problems which this caused, as documented
in the E-log. Once we got going again, beam remained unstable for a while and
V14 was again subject to closing on its own. Decided to lower current to 200 mA
for the time being. Running well for the past 2 hours.
