Quite smooth shift, except that around 0:20am, WC L1 began to complain. Lowed
its HV setting down to 3830V. Now L21 is also set to 3830 V.

Ligit and cell temp were both quite stalbe: light = 1.9 ~ 2.0 E-7 torr, T_cell = 132 ~ 134 K.

Good runs: 13812-13816, 13817-13824
