Relatively smooth shift, although WC HV tripped frequently.
>From about 7:00 to 7:30pm, ligit increased from 1.9E-7 to 3.7E-7 torr, cell temp
incresed from 120K to 130K, and at the beginning of each fill, WC scalers jumped to 100. After discussing with Genya, beam was killed for about 20 min. After that, ligit was stablized aroud 2.3E-7 torr, and cell temp was around 130K. As for WC scalers, they were around 85 when I_beam = 200 mA, and dropped below 30 when I_bean =< 170 mA.
