Michael and I checked LT15 again and found that the curious symtpoms of a
problem base/PMT were absent and the signal looks fine. Michael
speculates that perhaps upon disconnecting and reconnecting the RG58 cable
at the tube on Monday, removed any corrosion that might have been
corrupting the signal. Continuing to look into LB9 discriminator issues.
