[BLAST_ANAWARE] lrd restarted

Hi,

Ernie fixed the problem with the corrupted mysql table LAD_ADC_RUN.
I updated the table and restarted lrd on runs 12673-13266. It's going fast
and should be finished by tomorrow morning.

Runs 12663-12673 still need to be lrn'ed, which I will do thereafter.
Because of the corrupted LADS table, I will probably have to run lrd also
on top of the latest crunch of 11251-12663. However, I will first wait
until the lrn recrunch results have replaced the online-crunch results.

Plan is to gradually replace the contents of ANALDIR with new
lrn results, and eventually run lrd in a separate directory (like v3_4_4).
I will backup the online crunch on some bud areas before we all agree to
erase it.
