[BLAST_SHIFTS] Shift summary 11/15/2004 A (1-9)

This shift was about half running and half without beam. Beam was lost at about 1:30 due to loss of power for the interlock system for several ring dipoles and remained off for roughly 4 hours. Ring has been filling only to 140 mA since beam was restored.

The target intensity has been dropping for most of the shift. We are switching to empty target for the B shift.
