Further ABS D2 runs at a low ligit pressure (3.9e-8) and poor WC tdc distributions. There still seems to be a 20-30% dropoff in the distributions of both sides. But at least both sides are finally showing equally bad distributions.
There was a claim that shutting off the right side and leaving the left at optimal gas flow and tdc distributions will give us good Gen data. If someone can offer a feasible way to eliminate proton contamination from the data set without WC hits, then we should continue to run without right WC's. Otherwise, there is simply a problem that needs to be fixed.
