ABS D2 data taking

WC right condition seems to have become worse gradually but seems still able to take useful data. see the atatched wc_quick.C output. Michael left instruction to run wc_quick for each completed run to monitor the situation.

to run wc_quick:
        root wc_quick.C
     will prompt for run number
     will produce 4 or 5 canvases
     find the canvas for right chambers, in "File" menu, select Save as
     give a file name, including ".ps" postfix.
