Smooth shift with 2 accesses to the South Hall for TL and EI (unrelated to shift)

Took D2 Pol runs: 11890-11892 11895-11896
Crunching not finished on previous shift runs so no pol results to report

NOTE: Had to kill and then resend 11896 since the GUI to send this run to the autocruncher froze. Upon sending the run manually, it was found that the initial run had started crunching even though the GUI froze. This first crunch job was then killed and the second is proceeding.
