[BLAST_SHIFTS] Shift summary 10/04/2004 C (17-1)

Quiet shift, all wch boxes at 3850. Initially there were some trips (L1, R5, R24)
but within 1-2 hrs things became very quiet again.

Compton polarization was low at the start (59.5%) but it has now recovered a little (62.5%). No autocruncher crashes. The recrunch has finished the H2 part
and has now started with the added D2 runs
