[BLAST_SHIFTS] Shift summary 09/26/2004 A (1-9)

Quiet data taking. WC R5 HV was raised to its normal setting at the beginning
of the shift (from run 11463). It complained a little.

During run 11463 and 11468, blastROC was lost. Both runs were not ended
normally, but hopefully are still useful. And for run 11463, a segmentation
violation problem appeared at the beginning of the crunching.
