[BLAST_ANAWARE] strange 2nd peak in (15,1) tof combinations

  i figured out the deal with the second timing peak in this one
particular combination, both left and right side. it has the timing
similar to an electron in tof#0, and actually comes from shower events
which would have hit tof#0 otherwise. maybe it is multiple scattering
from the wire chamber frame?
