Hi, shifters,

Please continue to update RUNLIST, please please. It is still far far
easier to read RUNLIST than to browse through elog pages where run
entries are oftern interrupted by emails and hand typed entries. And it
also helps to cross check elog and RUNLIST.

Thanks and hopefully we don't have to continue doing this for too long.
