It is planned to run ABS pol D2 until midnight and then switch to
empty target and start warming up the nozzle.
Tomorrow morning, E. Ihloff will remove the dissociator tube and close up
the system again.
After closing again, we will run unpolarized Hydrogen until Wednesday
morning. Wednesday is regular maintenace (snakes), and the new dissociator
tube will be put back.
The RF problems/lower lifetime remains not understood. The lifetime might
be smaller at higher maximum current. Try to choose optimum
maximum current with corresponding lifetime in order to maximize
luminosity.
T. Akdogan will be the seventh member in the list of run coordinators
(glorious six so far).
Regards,
Michael
