We have been bitten by statistical fluctuations before so before we
panic this time lets look at the voltages and currents on the holding
field magnets and have these ready for the 15:00 meeting.
I am all in favour of having a working Hall probe but that requires
opening the target chamber and will require more down time. We should
plan to do this at some point but lets make certain that there really
is a problem now before shutting down.
