[BLAST_SHIFTS] Shift summary 08/21/2004 A (1-9)

Relatively smooth pol. D data taking. The only problem was that CCR lost
beam around 1:30 am. But beam came back at 2:05am. Now the injection
current is 140mA, and the life time is ~21min.

Coda hang thrice; HV IOC was rebooted twice. During the first half of shift,
WC R24 kept singing, but then it turned much quieter.
