[BLAST_ANAWARE] checking for missing raw data

Hello,
I've put in a new macro check.C. It checks for either bad tdc or
bad adc - at raw level - in tof's and neutron counters.

I am already running it on all the D2 runs taken so far, should
be done by tomorrow.. (!). It's running in dblast14
