In assessing the expected errors in ed elastic T10 and T11, I have
discovered that the errors will be almost an order of magnitude
larger than I had thought. This is due in a small part to somewhat
lower than project luminosity but for the most part to a mistake
in error propogation analysis on my part. The result is that we
will get useful physics out only at the lowest end of the Q^2 range.
