Relatively smooth data taking run. During run 9103, noticed that the right WC
scaler disappeared. It turne out that the relative HV's were off though they
were shown on. Fixed the problem by rebooting IOC. Hope the problem was
not noticed too late and the former runs are still useful.

OnlineGUI died somehow. It couldn't update by itselt. It's also one of the reasons
why the lost of right WC was not noticed earlier. Finally by logging out then
logging in, we got it back.

Good runs: 9092-9099, 9101-9102, 9104-9107; crunching was caught up.
