Hi Michael,
No idea. I v been using the head lrn and have ttl/ttr. the run I crunch
is 6442, a hydrogen run. The only thing I can think of is $BLAST_PARAM.
head of BlastLib2 does not work with v3.0 params 100%. set it to
~blast/cvs_v3.0/Blast_Param_dev. But I can't think of a reason to affect
ttl/ttr.
BTW, I crunched with a new set of time to distance, and I reached slightly
improved resolutions:
P TH PH Z
left: 30(28) 0.9(1.2) 0.7(1.0) 1.9(3.2)
right: 28(35) 0.9(1.1)
numbers in () are with standard calibration used by blast online. These
are still very bad resolutions.
