[BLAST_ANAWARE] bud24 discs

Hi, don't want to cause trouble. just want to remind that /scratch1/bud24
is still not accessible from other buds which put me into a very hard
situation. I can only use one bud24 CPU unless I jam a whole lotta my
stuff into /home/blast.

I will need to use multiple CPUs very soon and some programs I run now are
not just moderate in memory usage. I will be very thankful if the nfs to
bud24 could be restored.
