[BLAST_SHIFTS] Shift summary 05/08/2004 B (4-8)

Smooth shift with only two glitches:
1) had to reboot HV GUI once
2) had to delete some runs from dblast07 as disk was full

on 2), I deleted runs 7000-7100 after verifying they were still on the spuds. I also inadvertantly deleted pro2004-7000-7100.cfg files (but this is no problem as the existing ones are all empty - but I sweated a bit for a minute.)

took runs 7295-7301 (at 250K ea.) - all crunching with two avail spuds
