Hi,

        Since we are now running with one person shifts it is important that
people arrive early for their shift and stay a little later than the
scheduled time. Since we do not have any scheduled overlap this allows
for the changing shifts to communicate problems, run plan, etc.

        If you are going to be late or have to leave early please make sure
the neighbouring shifts know this and can pick up the slack and/or
arrange for someone to cover the gap.
