Please use newphys_kd_no_C2TOF.settings until further notice. This
trigger allows a sector hit (for e,e'p and e,e'n purposes) with
1) TOF, no Cerenkov, no neutron
2) TOF, Cerenkov, no neutron
3) TOF, no Cerenkov, neutron
Case 3 was missing in newphys_no_C2TOF (and newphys). That was losing us
some pions, protons, deuterons, and giving us a high Cerenkov efficiency,
depending on sector and TOF number and neutron bar location.
Singles (PHYS6 or trigger==7) is still TOF AND Cerenkov.
PHYS5 or trigger==6 is still TOF12-15 AND neutron.
I tried using newphys_kd, which should allow the multi-TOF with Cerenkov
in a sector, but it makes PHYS0 go away, as newphys used to. Actually, the
new file keeps PHYS1, where newphys lost that also. Still not understood why.
