hey CC and HV people, and whoever's on shift. RCC3 was counting really
high (factor of 20 greater than LCC3). don't know if that means there's
a light leak or what...since we don't need these CC boxes yet (BATs
aren't taking any data) i meant to turn them off. could whoever's on
shift turn them off? don't know if it's necessary, but it can't hurt.
