[BLASTTALK] ABS after storm

  I've restarted ABS. The intensity appears to be down by 10-20%, but
still sufficient to take data
  Strange thing is that the locations of MFT transitions shifted. The
whole appearance is that the
frequency of RF reduced. We'll try to figure it out Monday. For now I
set it up for new settings
   Old settings:
    Static=0.7 A, H=30 G
   New:
    Static =-.3 A, H=22 G
