[BLAST_SHIFTS] Shift summary 12/06/2003 D (12-16)

mostly smooth data taking. ran at 40 mA injection.

few wire chamber trips, but nothing major. CCR rebooted dtun IOC (see elog)

took runs 3671-3675 (level 2 trigger); and 3676-3682 (level 1 trigger)

all level 2 runs are crunched, and some analysis has been done (see elog entry for details and asym plot). rest of runs are crunching.

VZ noticed that the elas_events/C in charge files is a factor of three smaller for level 2 trigger runs. don't know what's up with that yet.
