[BLAST_SHIFTS] Shift summary 11/27/2003 A (0-4)

Made a hall access to check the cables of the neutron detector for ion-pol.
Then CCR got a RF unit problem.

At 2:00am started background study for ion-pol and made one measurement
w/o Blast field, w/o gas, and with slits out. During the process of filling gas and
collecting more date, got some Epics problem -- mysteriously some VME card
got a wrong ID, and there were some channel conflicting, though everthing
worked well several minutes ago. Tried to fix the problem, but failed.

Gave beam back to CCR; they're trying to make a more elegant tune.
