[BLAST_SHIFTS] Shift summary 09/22/2003 B (4-8)

Continued data taking in a combination of empty and 0.1H2 runs. Left the WC voltages as they were.
ROCs had to be rebooted once as coda would not reload and pinging blroc1f didnt work.
Data crunching is otherwordly slow. Havent been able to crunch any of our runs since the old ones are taking their time.
Took runs 2777 to 2795 with a few junk runs in between.
At around 7am CCR had problems filling. No beam for 40 minutes and counting.
