[BLAST_SHIFTS] Shift summary 09/02/2003 F (20-24)

After a transmitter failure, the BLAST field was turned on and we completed an MFT scan. The target was set to polarized H in state 1. We took one short run, number 2329, with Cerenkov HVs at an old setting. After this run, Adam changed the Cerenkov HVs to Tavi's 8/28 gain matched voltages.

Vitaliy began checking the target AF at 23:00. The AF with the MFT turned off was 58-60%. With the MFT turned on, the AF was 48%.
