[BLAST_SHIFTS] Shift summary 09/02/2003 D (12-16)

Most of shift was spent waiting for the cell to ice as V14 was found mysteriously closed this morning. Beam came near end of shift and we tried to measure the atomic fraction. The faraday cup nanoammeter was not updating, however, and an access was called to investigate this. This issue was still being resolved by Bill F. and Dan C. at shift change.
