[BLAST_ANAWARE] target holding field direction

        For general information, now that I've figured out how to make Postscript
from Excel (thanks to chris2!):

        I've attached a plot of the target holding field direction from magnetic
measurements done in the spring of 2002 along the beam centerline. The
points labelled "100% T,L" are with 504A and 244A on the transverse and
longitudinal coils. "10% T,L" are with 51A and 25A on trans and
long. Both measurement sets were with the BLAST current at 6730A.

        These measurements were not able to reach the full 20cm upstream of the
target center. I believe Vitaliy and Hauke took later measurements that
covered the full +-20cm, but I don't have those data files.
