[BLAST_SHIFTS] Shifts cancelled

Hi,

        This evening's shift and the overnight (ie Friday 00:00-08:00) are
cancelled.

        The ion source is working again however there are problems with on
of the transmitters which will take 12 hours to fix and condition.
Friday's day shift should start taking data.
