~elog/view.tcl now contains the capability to make commands directly to
the database. when launching it, add the --advanced flag, and there will
be place at the bottom to submit commands directly to the BLAST_physics
database.
This is intended for use in order to modify multiple entries
simultaneously (as opposed to going through each entry individually).
