two things:
1) looks like we went on to version 3 without much anouncement. This
makes charge.C not work.
2) Can there be a spud availble for something other than crunching
data.Right now all spuds are busy making ntuples, I assume, which leaves
very little room for any other work. We can of course work and dblast
computers but I think that the data files are not available on them.
Correct me if I'm wrong on that.
