Hi!
I submitted the changes for epel/usergen.cc and blastmc/blast_proc.f...
Now we have beam and target polarization information in the epel Monte
Carlo CODA stream.
This will be handy for getting an MC asymmetry with latest reconstruction
codes (we can also look into resolution issues).
I generated two 100K event files and I am going to look into this next.
