The segfaults are due to the pid. It is only an issue local to
the present libBlast. The newer libBlast does not show this anymore.
I apologize for not having switched pid off. I just did (in
Blast_Params/blastrc : lrn.pid off). So please try recrunch runs that
give seg faults. It should be ok now.
They can only be included in the anaylsis if the charge was calculated
consistently (i.e. for the same number of events, which is a possible flag
both charge.C and lrn.C).
