Hi,

MC in v3(or no tag version) seems to have drift chamber TDC calculated in
common start mode, instead of common stop. I used
WTDC 2.0 1100.0 6000.0 in data card file and getting tdc's from 0 to 4000
instead of 2000 to 6000. Am I using wrong flag?
